These comfortable, modern apartments were opened in 2004/ 2005 and offer convenient accommodation in the centre of the German capital. With all the freedom, independence and convenience of an apartment and great rates, these apartments are great for short- or long-term stays for tourists or business travellers. In a quiet, central location, the apartments are ideally placed for exploring Berlin and many of the city’s attractions are within walking distance. The city’s famous U-bahn system is also just a short walk away, offering access to the whole of Berlin and the surrounding area. Just a few tram stops away are the designer stores of Friedrichstraße, the Hackescher Markt and Museum Island, with its many famous museums.

The apartments are close to the Scheunenviertel and the Kaethe Kollwitz Platz, and are just a short walk from the Eberswalder Strasse U-bahn station. The apartments have a 24-hour doorman service, and an internal intercom system. A laundry and dry cleaning service are available in the building.
For longer stays, a special discount can be arranged. Car height cannot exceed 1.50 metres and length cannot exceed 5 metres.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartments, there is a large selection of restaurants and cafes offering all kinds of different cuisines from different countries. Enjoy an inexpensive breakfast or lunch, or relax over a leisurely dinner after a long day of sightseeing. Each apartment also has its own kitchen and a dining area.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
